Studio Bar

Austin, Texas

In Collaboration with Fender Guitars

Designed for a classic East Sixth Street venue in collaboration with Fender Guitars, this bar was built to feel like stepping inside an amplifier. Every surface carries weight and texture: snakeskin wrapped bar fronts, leathered stone countertops with the depth of obsidian, gold tile installations that catch and scatter light beneath exposed timber, and layered wallpaper in deep emerald and peacock that lines the room like the inside of a jewel box.

The design balances the raw industrial bones of a downtown Austin music venue with a level of material richness that most bars on the strip would never attempt. The result is a space that feels cinematic and alive, a room that honors the spirit of live music and the electricity of a great night out.
